The exponential growth in cyber attacks and security incidents across multiple organizations has required us to continue to implement multiple layers of security. Our goal is to mitigate risk at all cost - that is why at approximately 11:59 PM EST on 4/12/2021, our development team released some new security updates. These new security updates may have caused a delay in email notifications being sent out and client's unable to login into their account.

As of 2:46 PM EST on 4/12/2021 those minor bugs have been corrected. Email notifications should now be going out as normal and users should be able to login. Please keep in mind that vulnerability is what identity thieves thrive on and COVID-19 has created an all-time high for hacking activity. Continue to use Two-Factor Authentication on your accounts.

 

 

You will be required to authenticate after entering your username and password every time. We recommend using Twlio Authy, available on mobile devices (Android & iOS) as well as desktop.
